Eye Specialists’ Laser & Surgery Center

Patients and prospective patients should contact each health care practitioner who will provide services in the ASC to determine the health insurers and health maintenance organizations with which the health care practitioner participates as a network provider or preferred provider. Our billing staff will work with you to ensure your surgery is billed appropriately. If your out-of-pocket expenses are high, we will work with you to arrange a suitable payment plan or give you advice on which agencies may offer assistance.  We also make available care credit for financing.

You will receive 3 separate bills for surgical services: 

• 1 from the surgery center
• 1 from the physician
• 1 from the anesthesia group  

Services provided by the surgery center are billed and collected by us. Participating physicians and anesthetists are responsible for their own billing. These providers should contact you for estimates and out of pocket expenses. All groups involved in your care must provide you with good faith estimates. Actual costs will be based on the final results of your surgery.
